cooking! cooking!

three weeks into term break and i finally had a productive day!!
cooking, is really one of the best way to spend a day off, especially the part where you can eat the food, ofc
yesterday, me and my friend e, decided to have a go on cooking, again, after 2 years (i think)
our first attempt was cooking ddeokbokki, spicy korean rice cakes which was quite successful
this time, we made yet again another korean food, but with a twist.

i hope your eyes (and your tummy) are ready

*DUNDUNDUNDUN*

yes its some kind of pasta, it's called kimchi spaghetti a la 도됴
no clue on who da hell is 도됴? he's a member of one of korean pop boy group, exo

the thing is, this is one of his masterpiece recipe which he likes to cook for the members
i used this as a reference, and i find it really helpful, even for cooking n00bs like me heheheh
more pictures under the cut~

i wont be explaining how to make it because the link i put above has written about it already
so i'm just going to show pictures from the making, enjoy~

the chopped scallions, onions, red bell peppers, and beef sausages. i recommend using yellow and green bell peppers to add more colors

cooking the spaghetti~

use loads I MEAN IT, LOADS of kimchi, because this is the one that gives a tangy, unique flavor to the pasta

mix everything in~

add the cooked spaghetti, mix and mix and mix~

and finally serve it, preferably with shredded cheese on top :^)

i would like to thank exo's d.o for telling us dibs about this recipe because it tastes A WE S OM E
to explain the taste briefly, i think it tastes like spaghetti bologenese (hence the use of tomato sauce) BUT with a tangy flavor from the cooked kimchi, it's a really brilliant idea to mix kimchi in, really.

plus, it's fun and quite easy to make! i am so going to make this again at my house sometime later!
